We minimize lead time by in housing as many parts as possible. With 3D Printing, Laser cutting, Sheetmetal Stamping, we can produce any parts needed for battery modules dramatically reducing lead time for prototypes.
Tim Hennesy Founder and CEO began his battery career at Stanley Black and Decker launching Working on the FlexVolt and Craftsman Battery and charger products leading mass produced consumer goods.
After getting an opportunity to start a battery program from scratch for Globus Medical where he developed a novel design for autoclavable batteries that halved the heating of the cells dramatically increasing the lifespan of medical power tool batteries.
Moving on from medical devices to drone and stationary storage batteries at Teledyne Energy Systems Tim turned an inoperative commercial battery group to a flourishing product line expanding both internal and external customers.
This broad career allowed for insight of what works and what does not from alot of unique perspectives. A key lack in the market was identified, lightweight fast turn design for custom battery packs.
